Drug Dogs

A familiar site in pubs and clubs across the borough is the introduction of Drugs Dog. Working in partnership the Council with the Police and Licensees regularly visit premises with the dogs. Proactive and Passive dogs are used in the operation searching premises and people. The message Licensees in Havering have a zero tolerance to drugs.
