What we can do

We will record the details you give us, and send you a letter with the following information: a reference number, contacts for our team, contacts for any other service we are involving, and information on the first steps we are taking.

We work in partnership with a wide range of partner services in Havering, and will involve all those relevant to your particular problem – such as the police (including the Safer Neighbourhood Teams, transport police and crime prevention specialists), Victim Support, Homes in Havering and housing associations, streetcare, environmental health, youth service, fire brigade, social services, education staff and bus companies etc. With them we will investigate the problem. When we have the full picture, including giving the perpetrator a chance to put their point of view, we will decide what action we can take.
